Review progress of Complaint Management System Islamabad: July 19, 2017
Chief Complaint Office of Capital Development Authority (CDA), received 747 complaints, during the month of June regarding different issues including 12 complaints pertaining to officials, 08 against encroachment of CDA Land, 15 regarding Environment, 08 against Health Services, 03 regarding HRD CDA complaints, 15 regarding Maintenance of Government Houses, 01 against Market Maintenance, 02 regarding Municipal Administration, 11 regarding One Window Operation, 15 regarding Parks, 15 regarding Roads Maintenance, 02 were against sanitation, 03 against sewerage, 03 regarding street light, 01 suggestion, 20 regarding water quality control, 230 regarding water supply and 03 regarding Zoo & Wild Life issues were also registered.
Complaints which were in progress including 04 regarding non-confirming use of property, 138 regarding street light, and disposed were 01 regarding Roads Maintenance, 65 regarding Sanitation, 77 regarding sewerage and 104 regarding street light.
Chief Complaint Office of Capital Development Authority (CDA) is fully operational and resolving issues of the residents of the city promptly and efficiently. During the month of June, 747 complaints regarding different subjects were received and transmitted for disposal to the concerned formations. Moreover, complainants have also been informed about the status of their complaints.
One of the main components of the Authority, Chief Complaint Office, remained non-operational for decades. However, on the special directions of Member Administration CDA, Muhammad Yasir Pirzada, this office is now playing vital role in resolving issues of the residents of the city.
