Progress of Complaint Management System
Islamabad: July 21, 2017

Chief Complaint Office of Capital Development Authority (CDA), received 14 complaints, during the first week of July, 2017 regarding different issues including 10 complaints pertaining to sewerage 04 regarding Sanitation issues were also registered.

Chief Complaint Office of Capital Development Authority (CDA) is fully operational and resolving issues of the residents of the city promptly and efficiently. During the first week of July, 2017, 14 complaints regarding different issues were received and transmitted for disposal to the concerned formations. Moreover, complainants have also been informed about the status of their complaints.

Complaints received from different areas including I-8/2, I-10/4, I-11/1, G-11/1, G-10/2, I-11/1, F-10/2, G-10/1, G-6/4, I-9/4, F-6/4, G-10/4 and G-9/2.

One of the main components of the Authority, Chief Complaint Office, remained non-operational for decades. However, on the special directions of Member Administration CDA, Muhammad Yasir Pirzada, this office is now playing vital role in resolving issues of the residents of the city.
